We do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone. You may wish to hand your request into the practice or your local pharmacy using your tear off slip attached to your prescription. Please tick the items you require.
If you have access to the internet you may wish obtain a code from the practice to enable you to order your prescriptions online. Please enquire at the practice.
